The annual Northcote Chinese and Korean New Year's festival took place on Saturday 10th February at the Northcote town centre. Despite the stormy weather, many people braved the conditions to be part of the free family event. There were plenty of attractions, including cultural performances, children's activities, a vast array of Asian cuisine to sample as well as a large stage featuring music, martial arts and dances from a variety of Asian cultures.
