February festivities and frivolities!

Our February is flourishing with flavour as we delve into the world of Shakespeare! Yes, that’s right – Auckland Shakespeare in the Park is back on the Amphitheatre stage, celebrating a significant milestone – their 25th season!

Two Shakespearean favourites will be performed on alternate evenings: the tragedy Hamlet and the comedy Much Ado About Nothing.

Come and be delighted by this unmissable summer event, which will be performed true to text by very talented actors, with lavish custom-made Elizabethan costumes for you to feast your eyes on.

To celebrate the landmark season, Shoreside Theatre is offering free tickets* to children under 15 to inspire and encourage Shakespeare fans of the future to keep coming to live theatre.

*NB: A limit of 3 free under-15yo tickets per 1 paying adult.

We are looking forward to another good dose of Auckland Fringe, with many artists bringing their incredible works to life at The PumpHouse. We have everything from clowns to improv, gospel choirs to artificial intelligence…
