Success for WGHS at National Athletic Champs
Westlake Girls High School had five students competing at the New Zealand Secondary School Athletic Championships in Wellington. Grace Stewart won the bronze medal in the senior girls 400m, Ella Pilkington also won bronze in the senior girls hammer, Natasha Bowyer finished 4th in the senior girls 200m steeplechase and Toni Clinton 8th in the senior girls 100m, Georgia Pert competed in the junior girls long jump and 200m.
