Train – Not Abstain!
There is light at the end of the tunnel – spring is upon us. How will it look for you? Is a beautiful picture perfect you about to emerge into this world? What is your inner voice saying right now? I bet it is not positive. Reflecting once again on the lack of activity and poor eating habits of the past season – I can hear the reverberation of many broken promises.
Whatever shape or form now is the time to transform. Like a butterfly enters the world it is time for you to break the shackles of winter to become a blossoming beauty.
We have 15 weeks until Xmas. This is ample time to kick the winter blues and bring the measurements in, let’s shed the extra layers accumulated during winter. It will take some work, nothing comes easy and thinking you know what to do is vastly different from actually doing it. The planet continues to turn and the seasons change - will you?
Let’s not abstain for the All Blacks, that’s just downright stupid! – I say let’s “TRAIN for the All Blacks!”

Debbie - I decided to do the BodyTrainer™ REVOLUTION programme to lose weight, get fitter and to break some of my bad eating habits. I figured 12 weeks was a good amount of time to really make a difference. I lost 11 kgs and over 15cm off my waist. I was blown away with the results.
I found the eating programme easy to follow and having the “one-on-one” with Scott my trainer really helped me stick to it. Any slip-ups or problem areas I had were discussed and suggestions made on where I could try to change things. The training sessions were fantastic, sometimes really challenging, but lots of variety and I was amazed at how far I could push myself. I never would have done it on my own. This programme was life changing for me. I not only lost weight, I learnt how simple it can be to make some changes and live a healthy lifestyle.
Ruth - I decided to do Body Revolution as although I am an active person I was losing strength and putting on weight. What is Body Revolution?
Duration: 6 - 12 weeks
This is a personal trainer delivered programme – pushing you through intense workouts, monitoring your nutrition and eating habits so that you keep on track.
It is expected that you are doing 4-5 training sessions every week. Group Fitness classes are a great option for some of these. Two sessions a week are with your trainer for $70 per week.
This is one of our best products it delivers great results when the programme guidelines are adhered to.
You do not need to become a member to do this fantastic programme.
